The award-winning Convict Hill Oatmeal Stout just got better. We took our roasty, robust and heady stout and added oysters just before cask-conditioning. Oyster Stouts date back to the 18th century in London when oysters were abundant and commonly served in public houses. The chocolate and roasted tones associated with stouts re a perfect companion to the salty, mineral rich oysters. The cask-conditioning lends a creamy texture to the already velvety stout while the salinity of the oysters compliment the rich and robust character of the Convict Hill. Grab a glass and dive in!
