Saturday, July 4th:
1st Saturday Brewery Tour and Beer Tasting

Join us for our monthly brewery tour and beer tasting.

NOTE NEW TIMES!
Entrance to the brewery and beer tasting tickets will be handed out from 1-2 pm. The brewery will remain open to 3 pm for your leisurely enjoyment

Food and Merchandise
While the tour and beer tastings are free, bring some cash to purchase food and brewery merchandise. Brewery pint glasses, t-shirts, and hats are also available for purchase. We do not have credit card capabilities, or an ATM, so BRING CASH.

Parking
Tour Days are very popular, and parking is limited. The closer to 1:00 pm you arrive, the closer you can park! Please take care not to park in any loading zone, or reserved spaces. If the back lot has filled up, try parking along the front parking spaces on Todd Ln.

What to Bring
Many people bring their own collapsible chairs to the Tour Day. There are five big picnic benches and several couches in the tasting room, but many visitors spend the afternoon in the lot in front of the brewery. Sunscreen and water might also be good items to bring during the hotter months.

While we have food for sale, and free water available at the bar. You are welcome to bring your own food, sodas, and bottled water to the Tour Day.

What Not to Bring
You may NOT bring any beer, wine, or other products containing alcohol onto the premises. Our permit forbids it, so just enjoy the Independence brews while you're here!

Can I bring my children?
Parents are welcome to bring their children; our tour is educational and family friendly. However, please be aware that our brewery is located in an industrial warehouse district and there are many large trucks, debris, and other potential hazards around.

What if I'm under 21 years old?
Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (your over 21 year old friends do not count!). While that may seem harsh to 18-20 year olds, we ask that you please respect the rules of the brewery and Texas state law.

Can I bring my dog?
If your dog is accustomed to crowds, friendly around kids and other dogs, and potty trained, then they are welcome in the lot in front of the brewery. Dogs are NOT allowed in the brewery production area. If your dog gets out-of-hand, we may ask you to restrain and/or remove your dog. You may want to bring an extra water bowl and/or food for your dog.

How it Works
Upon entry, EVERYONE is required to show a valid photo ID. In return, you will receive a wristband/hand stamp, along with three tickets you can exchange for beer samples.

The beer samples are free. You have the option of trying your three samples in 10 oz plastic cups. Or you can purchase a brewery pint glass for $6, which will be filled for each of your free sample tickets.

Our tastings are not guided. You choose which beers you'd like to sample, then kick back inside or outside to enjoy it with your friends.

The first tour starts at 1:15 pm and the second tour starts at 2:00 pm. Gather at the "Tour Starts Here" sign, located near the bar, to take the tour.

We close the gates at 2:00 pm. If you want to participate in the Tour Day, you must check in before 2:00 pm.
