Whit Whit joined the brewery in October 2007. He worked with Rob at local brewpub Copper Tank in the late 1990s, and now enjoys being a part of Independence's laid-back, pioneering team. In addition to cellar work, Whit is responsible for kegging and bottling Independence beers. Whit's favorite Independence brew is the recently-released Southside Special Ale, and his dream is to one day work at a brewery located in the middle of a disc-golf course. |
