Mike 
Mike joined up with Rob and Amy in January 2006. An avid rock climber and homebrewer, he fit right in. Mike started out bottling, and learning to master the Meheen. He is now Independence Brewing's main cellarman, and works on filtering, carbonating, and packaging beer. Mike's favorite Independence brews are Bootlegger Brown Ale and the recently-released, Southside Special Ale. |
